Early Intervention Coordination:
Early intervention coordination improves school readiness outcomes, reduces unmet developmental needs, and promotes stronger collaboration across early childhood and support systems. The coordinator serves as the central point of connection between children, families, educators, and community-based service providers at its two early learning sites (Jefferson campus and KIPP). The coordinator manages developmental screenings and referrals for children with suspected or diagnosed developmental delays or disabilities; supports families in navigating early intervention systems, evaluations, and therapy services; and collaborates with teachers and administrators to develop, implement, and monitor individualized CARE Team plans.
