Horizon Housing Development Co. (HHDC) is a non-profit agency that strives to live up to its Mission Statement: “To assist in providing housing services to St. Louis City Residents who are developmentally disabled.”

Supportive Housing:
Horizon Housing Development Company (HHDC) provides permanent supportive housing services to St. Louis city residents with developmental disabilities who are homeless or needing affordable housing. The services provided by HHDC are designed specifically to meet the level of understanding of each individual program participant. The Supportive Housing program provides direct supports while also partnering with community agencies, long-term case management providers, employment service providers, and socialization program providers to assist program participants with breaking the cycle of homelessness. The goal of the Supportive Housing program is to end homelessness for individuals with developmental disabilities and provide affordable quality housing for independent living.
