Description:
This program specializes in providing training, supports, and/or adaptations to employees who have severe/multiple disabilities, have been unsuccessful in other workshop settings, do not meet the entrance criteria of other workshop programs due to low productivity, and/or have support needs (e.g. assistance with personal care) that other shops do not provide.

Sheltered Employment:
This program engages, instructs and provides training to employees to successfully complete job tasks in a workshop environment. Employees receive the extra support they may need on the job (ex., assistance with personal care) while receiving meaningful training opportunities that efficiently utilize their skillsets.
