Boone Center, Inc. (BCI) is dedicated to helping individuals with developmental disabilities find fulfilling employment opportunities that align with their skills and interests. They offer a continuum of organizational, competitive, and vocational training programs designed to serve individual goals and capitalize on each individual's unique abilities.

Vocational Training:
BCI’s Vocational Training and Supported Employment program supports individuals by providing access to in-demand hard and soft skills development and training for a permanent job and stable income. Individuals receive personalized training, onsite at one of BCI’s business partners’ locations. These structured settings support individuals in gaining proficiency in their selected area of vocational interest. Training is 120 hours and is certified by the Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development.

Supported Employment:
Supported Employment services support individuals and their families to address issues or concerns once on the job, as well as provide basic support as individuals take on increasing responsibilities and expectations. Services help individuals and their support systems with increased independence and career development as they grow.
