City Coordinator:
The City Coordinator works to ensure that St. Louis City residents with developmental disabilities are aware of and have opportunities to access leisure and socialization activities and programs of choice which best meet their interests and support needs.
Community Access Recreation Experience:
The Community Access Recreation Experience voucher program offers individuals access to needed self-directed supports and funding to participate in activities of their choice to acquire and maintain skills needed to live in their homes and communities. Vouchers may be used to access various recreation and leisure opportunities, adventure programs, and overnight camp programs. Additionally, vouchers may be used to access after-school/extended daycare supports allowing families to choose a provider to attend to their child's needs while the parent(s) are still working. This support is for individuals ages 13-21 who attend school and adults employed at sheltered workshops who need care until parents return home from work.
