Description/Social Club:
Social Club is a community-based socialization program that supports adults with developmental disabilities, ages 21 and older, with establishing, developing, and maintaining skills that are the groundwork for a healthy and inclusive lifestyle. Individuals have access to a range of activities at community venues and are supported with engaging in all areas of socialization, communication, and integration at the respective events. Examples of activities include camping trips, holiday events with arts & crafts throughout the year, an annual trip to Branson, MO, and attending local community venues such as the Muny Opera.
